Recap: 5th Annual AJUG Conference

On September 7, 2025, the 5th annual Adaptive Jewelry User Group (AJUG) conference kicked off in Nashville, Tennessee. The event brings together industry professionals for two days of learning what’s new and upcoming in Business Central and the Adaptive Jewelry roadmaps. This opportunity to collaborate, network, and socialize with peers in the field helps set the standard for the jewelry industry as a whole.

The keynote session brought everyone together on day one. AJUG co-chairmen Patrick O’Hara and Sunil Luthra welcomed the attendees, and Adaptive Business Solutions owners took over from there, describing exciting developments coming down the pipeline both from Adaptive specifically, and from Microsoft in general.

Both days’ schedules were packed with informational technical sessions, ranging in topics from Power BI and managing digital vendor payments in BC, to practical uses for Copilot AI and what to expect from the BC25 upgrade process. The training opportunity was huge for new hires and long-time users alike.

All in all, it was a successful conference, and everyone left having learned something new, brushed up on existing skills, or made new connections in the industry. We at Adaptive look forward to seeing everyone again in 2026.
