The last cross training was in October of 2023\, to prepare for our journey to BCApps\, and here we are two years later preparing for the move to Intelligent Cloud. \nWith everyone working remotely\, these cross trainings are a valuable time for learning what’s coming up in the Adaptive timeline\, team bonding\, and ensuring all members are aligned on shared tasks and goals. \nAs transitions to BCApps are advancing for our clients\, there was a special emphasis on getting everyone up to speed on how to do base system setups\, as well as some back-office setup. Following the training\, members of our team said they felt prepared and better aligned with their colleagues\, and more confident in the processes we adhere to. \nSome new features and functionality that were covered included\n1. The split in DB structure between AJE Config Setup\, AJE Manufacturing Setup\, and AJE POS Setup\n2. Extension & Environment management in Intelligent Cloud\n3. Configurations on ASR (the new POS)\n4.
